This hotel had great value for money, offering basic amenities and clean, comfortable rooms with lovely balconies to enjoy the view of the sea. It's conveniently located on a street with stairs, just a short walk away from the bus stop and a beautiful beach called Bellvue.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

The location of the guest house is really convenient. It is super close to the centre of Dubrovnik, just a short walk away. it is right next to the beautiful Bellevue beach, perfect for enjoying the sun and sand.
Some guests mentioned that it might be a bit challenging to find the guest house due to its location on a street with stairs, making it inaccessible by car.

The hosts were cute and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning kept us cool during the hot days. Our highlight was definitely the little balcony with its fine sea view and beautiful sunsets. We also appreciated being able to use the host's private kitchen. The location was perfect, situated between the old town and the new town, making it easy to explore both areas. We had a fantastic time and would definitely book this apartment again if we return to Dubrovnik. I highly recommend this guest house.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom was perfect. The hotel facilities, including the shared terrace with its amazing view of the sea, were great. The location of the hotel was perfect - situated on top of a hill, it offered a tranquil setting while still being close to all areas of the city. the hotel was just a short walk down to the seaside and Bellevue beach, making it convenient for days spent by the water. The staff were friendly and were very good too ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
